Get permission for, and credit, any referenced material if exhibiting or selling your work. Images licensed for free use may be for specific use only, always check the licence. If you haven't done any screenprinting before it's best you do a Learn to Screenprint course first (see the 4 week courses available throughout the year). All materials are supplied, including YUPO, a polypropylene (tree free) paper, which is waterproof, stain resistant and strong. The first session is for designing and printing a front and back. In the second session you will make your pot by sewing the front and back together, or taping it with double sided tape. An invoice will be emailed to you after booking. PLEASE PAY $165 ON OR BEFORE ARRIVAL, cash, eftpos or bank transfer accepted. Maximum of four participants. Coughs and colds should stay at home. Please cancel if you are sick, even if you wear a mask. WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING? - Digital files or hand drawings welcome - They need to be high contrast, black and white with each colour on a separate sheet/file (it is appreciated if you could email me your design before class). Alternatively, just rely on inspiration on the day! - Closed-in shoes are a must for safety and preferably comfortable flat ones, as you will mostly be standing. - Eye glasses for close-up work if you need them. - Lunch. Cafés and food shops are within 100m and Waratah Village is 500m down the road.
